This project is a Horeca & Support Center, situated at ‘Wetering-Noord’, next to exit 6 (Maarssen, De Wetering) from the A2 highway connecting Amsterdam and Utrecht. The project will house a food court and multiple restaurants and will be completed by additional service functions.

Size:
The total size of the project will be around 4,500 gross m2. Units vary from approximately 100m2 up to 1,500m2. The project comprises three levels with a food court on the ground floor and 185 parking spaces which will be created on the site.

Phase:
Start of construction is planned for summer 2008. The project is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2009.

Make
The making of
TCN is fee developer for an external client. All project management and commercial activities such as the leasing process will be under supervision of TCN.

Tenants
Tenants will be high quality catering industry companies and restaurants in various styles; from sandwiches to complete dinners. Amongst the tenants who will lease are: Rancho BBQ & Grill, New York Pizza, Subway, Suit Supply.
