Our main focus in Germany is the management of existing buildings with special forms of use, such as trade mart fashion centres and business parks. However, we always think outside the box, which is why we are also able to offer innovative concepts and professional fee- based development services. As a result of the overall support we offer, as well as our unusual way of looking at projects, our clients benefit from individualised services. Of course these services depend on the respective project, the project sponsor, the tenants and on the vision behind it.
