Think
The core activity of the present tenants is care, such as care for the disabled, hospitals, care for the elderly, primary healthcare, youth healthcare and maternity care. The tenants offer service, knowledge and advice to other related organisations, educational institutions and policy makers. Drawing on the present tenants, TCN will boost the care & service theme, with an all-encompassing branding, while maintaining the personal identity of each tenant. This will result in a clear positioning of the office complex in the regional and national market.
Clustering of care providers forms the basis of the concept. By attracting and committing the main tenants, through dedicated marketing and the acquisition of suitable new tenants, TCN will broaden this base. The available shared services and facilities will be expanded according to the users’ needs.

Knowledge, interaction, human standards and service are central to the care & service concept. These four aspects will be integrated through, among others, relocation, addressing tenants’ wishes, adding meeting places, improving accessibility and creating a ‘casual, professional’ look.
