TCN repositioned the building by giving it a new identity and creating the appropriate work space and atmosphere.
The Control phase is now complete in terms of refurbishment, branding and letting, including the introduction of new uses such as cafe.
Planning is now being sought for a 15,000 sq ft (1,394 m2) extension to include 8 residential units and a further floor of studio use.
