Make
The making of:
Rabo Vastgoed and TCN are close to an agreement with the municipality to redevelop the city center.
Phase:
Together with the municipality we are writing a master plan, on which the new
zoning plan will be based.
Challenges and architect
Our task consists of the right implementation of the TCN-concept, called ‘The Heart’. This concept will attract consumers from the entire region to Uithoorn’s shopping center. This will turn Uithoorn into an example for other town centers. Important factors in this process will be the right ambiance, (architecture, food & beverage establishments) and accessibility.
Care
Tenants/partner(s):
The partnership with Rabo Vastgoed creates a strong team. Rabo Vastgoed has extensive experience with residential projects, and TCN is very capable of a good conceptual approach which will make the plans for this town special.
