‘Herziening uitwerkingsplan Reitdiephaven’, June 2007 for phases one to three and ‘Uitwerkingsplan Reitdiephaven’, 2003 for phase four.
TCN has a realisation agreement with the City of Groningen. The program of Reitdiephaven for the first three phases fits within zoning plan. Phase four will require a zoning plan change.
