The building was acquired to develop a creative hub for the many media and creative related companies in South London. The need was recognized for affordable space close to Central London, offering an inspiring environment, flexible occupancy and additional services.
Mission and Vision
To provide a refurbished building which is managed to a high standard attracting creative companies to form a media and cultural hub environment for businesses in South London. Ultimately, the platform will include residential and leisure facilities for a complete and stimulating mixed use environment.
