TCN UROP

TCN UROP is the coordinating organization which is involved in all local operations. Its main responsibility is maintaining the (European) network in the different Platforms as well as actively pursuing new business in new countries.

We manage over 750,000 sqm of real estate throughout Europe and have 400,000 sqm under development. Examples of new activities in 2010 are: development Health Park Utrecht – the Netherlands, development of ROC school in Amsterdam, redevelopment The Piano House Brixton – the UK, expansion Brandboxx Almere – the Netherlands, development Brandboxx Salzburg – Austria and the development Brandboxx Hannover - Germany.
