Social dividend

TCN is aware of the social impact of its projects and takes the idea of improving your environment one step further. The philosophy is ‘you get what you give’. In each of our development projects we reserve a sum for a social dividend initiative that will directly benefit the local area and residents.

We do more than simply bringing money to the table. In many cases we provide practical, non-material contributions and support. We encourage our employees to contribute to this social dividend program as an extension of their job performance at TCN.

For example TCN is one of the co-founders of the childrens museum "Villa Zebra" in Rotterdam.
